Attach board 4 to board 8,9,10 with short wooden dowel(D)
and turn cam locks(B) clockwise to tighten as shown.
Attach board 7 to board 8,9,10 with long wooden dowel(C),
insert cam lock(B) into board 8, and turn clockwise to tighten
as shown.
Please note the long wooden dowel must penetrate through
board 7.
