Fehlerbehebung
Wie kann ich feststellen, ob meine Freisprecheinrichtung vom
Betriebssystem erkannt wird?
Schließen Sie die Freisprecheinrichtung an einen beliebigen USB
2.0-Anschluss an. Sobald die Freisprecheinrichtung angeschlossen ist,
dauert es einige Augenblicke, bis die neue Hardware erkannt wird.
Um sicherzustellen, dass die Freisprecheinrichtung korrekt installiert
wurde, überprüfen Sie Folgendes:
Unter Systemsteuerung > Geräte-Manager
- Überprüfen Sie die Bildgebenden Geräte, FS-Freisprecheinrichtung
sollte zu sehen sein.
- Überprüfen Sie die Sound-, Video- und Gamecontroller, die
FS-Freisprecheinrichtung sollte zu sehen sein.
Wenn das Gerät nicht gefunden werden kann, prüfen Sie, ob die

USB-Anschluss anzuschließen.
Warum kann ich die FS-Freisprecheinrichtung nicht unter den
verfügbaren Bluetooth-Geräten nden?
- Prüfen Sie, ob sie sich automatisch mit dem zuletzt erfolgreich
verbundenen Gerät verbindet.
- Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich die FS-Freisprecheinrichtung und das
verbundene Gerät in Reichweite benden (bis zu 10 Meter) und dass
keine Hindernisse die Bluetooth-Verbindung blockieren.
- Überprüfen Sie den Stromstatus, schließen Sie das Gerät an die
Stromversorgung an und lassen Sie es eine Weile auaden.
Das Gerät ist eingeschaltet, aber es kommt kein Ton aus der
Freisprecheinrichtung, warum nicht?
- Die Lautstärke ist zu niedrig eingestellt, erhöhen Sie die Lautstärke
durch Drücken des "+".
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass die FS-Freisprecheinrichtung erfolgreich
angeschlossen ist.
HINWEIS: 1. Wenn Sie das Gerät einschalten, verbindet es sich mit dem

Dépannage
Comment puis-je savoir si le haut-parleur est reconnu par le système
d'exploitation ?
Connectez le haut-parleur dans n'importe quel port USB 2.0. Une fois le
haut-parleur connecté, il faut un instant pour que le nouveau matériel
soit reconnu.
Pour vous assurer que le haut-parleur a été installé correctement,
vériez les points suivants :
Sous Control Panel > Device Manager
- Passez en revue les Dispositifs d'Imagerie, le haut-parleur FS devrait
être visible.
- Passez en revue les Contrôleurs de Son, de Vidéo et de Jeu, le
haut-parleur FS devrait être visible.
Si l'appareil ne peut pas être localisé, vériez si le haut-parleur est
correctement connecté. Insérez le haut-parleur dans un autre port USB.
Pourquoi le haut-parleur FS ne gure-t-il pas parmi les dispositifs
Bluetooth disponibles ?
- Vériez qu'il se connecte automatiquement avec le dernier appareil
auquel il s'est connecté avec succès.
- Assurez-vous que le haut-parleur FS et l'appareil connecté sont à
portée (jusqu'à 10 mètres ou 33 pieds) et qu'aucun obstacle ne bloque
la connexion Bluetooth.
- Vériez l'état de l'alimentation, branchez l'appareil au courant et
attendez qu'il se recharge pendant un moment.
L'appareil est allumé, mais il n'y a pas de son provenant du
haut-parleur, pourquoi ?
- Le volume est trop bas, augmentez le volume en appuyant sur le "+".
- Assurez-vous que le haut-parleur FS est bien connecté.

How do I know if my speakerphone is recognized by the operating
system?
Connect the speakerphone in any USB 2.0 port. Once the
speakerphone is connected it takes a few moments before the new
hardware is recognized.
To ensure that the speakerphone has installed correctly, check the
following:
Under Control Panel > Device Manager
- Review the Imaging Devices, FS speakerphone should be seen.
- Review the Sound, Video, and Game Controllers, FS speakerphone
should be seen.
If the device can‘t be located, check whether the speakerphone is
properly connected to the desktop. Try to insert the speakerphone into
another USB port.
Why I can't nd FS speakerphone in the available Bluetooth devices?
- Check whether it automatically connects with the last successfully
connected device.
- Ensure FS speakerphone and the connected device are within range
(up to 10 meters or 33ft) and there are no obstacles blocking the
bluetooth connection.
- Check the power status, plug the device to power and let it charge for
a while.
The device is on, but there is no sound coming from the
speakerphone, why not?
- Volume is set too low, increase the volume by pressing the "+".
- Make sure that FS speakerphone is successfully connected.
