Scratch Calibration Check 2. Remove gas valve vent tube. Clean and replace. See cleaning procedure in service manual. 3. Clean combustion air blower. See the service manual for cleaning procedure. 4. Conduct recovery test as outlined on this card. The recovery test procedure varies dependent upon the controller/computer model of your fryer. 5. If the vat does not meet the recovery specification, adjust the combustion air blower to obtain the proper recovery time.
