processing the liquid outside of the trap, the product should be handled with the caution
usual with chemicals.

There are no uniform regulations for the disposal of chemicals in the EU Member
States.... Small quantities can be thrown in regular garbage or plastic recycle bin.Bulk
quantities can be disposed off according in compliance with the regulations. Bring
chemical residues to special waste collector.
Recommendation for packaging:
Disposal of uncleaned packagings according to official regulations. Cleaned packaging
can be supplied to a recycling station.
