Place the Extrusions back into the vehicle, lining up the holes in the Extrusion with the holes in the
vehicle. Referring to Page 2, secure the front Extrusion (rear of drawer mounting) to the vehicle using two
M8 x 40 Hex Bolts, two M8 Spring Washers, two M8 x 25 Flat Washers and two M8 Wire Nuts (Items 2, 3, 6
,
7). Secure the rear Extrusion (front of drawer mounting) to the vehicle using two M8 x 40 Hex Bolts, four
M8 x 25 Flat Washers, two M10 x 50 Flat Washers and two M8 Nyloc Nuts (Items 3, 6, 8, 9).
Please note that certain installations may require you to use some of the additional spacers and bolts
(Items 10, 11, 12) supplied with your kit. The spacers may require trimming to size.
Carefully drill a 4 mm pilot hole on each of your markings from Step 2E. If you are not sure where the
holes will come out relative to the underside of the vehicle, have a friend check while you are carefully
drilling. If the is a chance that you will drill into any pipework, you will need to re-measure, mark and dril
l
a better suited mounting point. Once you have completed the 4 mm pilot holes, change drill bits and drill
the pilot holes to 8.5 mm.

Place the Extrusions back into the vehicle and line them up with your markings from Step 2C. Mark the
position of each 8.5mm hole from Step 2D onto the vehicle and remove the Extrusions.

Taking the vehicles' body and floor pan into account, mark an appropriate mounting point at either end of
the Extrusion. Using the 4 mm drill bit, drill a 4 mm pilot hole 20 mm in from the edge of the Extrusion on
each of your markings as shown. Change drill bits and open up each of the 4 mm holes to 8.5mm.

Slide three Channel Nuts (Item 4) into each if the Extrusions and space them according to the mounting
points on the underside of the Drawer System.
Place the Drawer System on top of the Extrusions, lining up the mounting points in the Drawer System
with the Channel Nuts. Secure the Drawer to the Extrusions using six M8 x 25 Hex Bolts, six M8 Spring
Washers and six M8 x 25 Flat Washers.
