Before starting the fitment you need to
remove the front and rear rail covers from
the vehicle's roof rails using a flat screw
driver.
Loosen the M6 factory bolt shown in 2.1. This
will be replaced with the fasteners in 2.2 &
2.3.
Do this with all four pockets.
Secure the Rear Saddle Bracket (Item 3) to
the vehicle using M8 x 20 Hex Bolts, M8 SS
Spring Washers and M8 x 16 x 1.6 SS Flat
Washers (Items 5, 9 & 12) into the front
mounting hole and M6 x 20 Hex Bolts, M6 SS
Flat Washers and M6 x 12 x 1 SS Flat
Washers (Items 6, 7 & 8) into the rear
mounting hole as shown.
Repeat this on both sides of the vehicle.
Secure the Front Saddle Bracket (Item 4) to
the vehicle using M6 x 20 Hex Bolts, M6 SS
Flat Washers and M6 x 12 x 1 SS Flat
Washers (Items 6, 7 & 8) into the front
mounting hole and M8 x 20 Hex Bolts, M8 SS
Spring Washers and M8 x 16 x 1.6 SS Flat
Washers (Items 5, 9 & 12) into the rear
mounting hole as shown.
Repeat this on both sides of the vehicle.
