Recommended products to use:

We recommend the following to maximize the performance of your items:

 DO remove leftovers with a rubber scraper

 DO wash in dishwashers

 DO wash in water temperature of 160° F

 DO rinse in water temperature of 180° - 185° F, NOT to exceed 185° F

 DO use mild/nonabrasive detergents and rinse agents

 DO NOT wash with abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, brushes or steel wool, which

will degrade the surface

 DO NOT put items under heating lamps

Although this manufacturer has been designed and engineered for commercial environments, if left

sitting dirty with the following items over a long period of time, staining may occur:

To remove staining, it is recommended to use a solution of 25% bleach and 75% water. Let items sit for

5-15 minutes, depending on the severity of the stain; rinse and dishwash immediately. In addition, Mr.

Clean Magic Eraser can be used to remove metal markings on the bottom of items.

• Blueberries (Dip-It is recommended specific to blueberry staining.)
