Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the SMS Message with the download link.
Please make sure you've entered your
cell phone number correctly and try again.
If you still haven't received the SMS, please
contact our support team who will be
happy to help.
I get a message saying "Memory Full".
If your memory is full, clear some space by erasing files (e.g., applications, music
files). Once there is sufficient available space, try downloading again.
I've downloaded and installed minifring but cannot find it on my handset.
Where was it installed?
This varies from handset to handset. Usually, the shortcut is in Main Menu >
Entertainment > Games or Main Menu > Organizer > Applications.
