UNIT DISASSEMBLY AND COMPONENT REPLACEMENT
Remove Power PCB
1. Remove front panel (Figure 501).
2. Remove User Interface (Figures 502 thru 504).
3. Open electrical Control Box (Figure 505).
4. Snip wire ties to loosen wire bundles (Figure 509).
NOTE: It is neccessary to unmount components
to gain access for Power PCB (Power Board
removal.
5. Remove 2 capacitors, 2 heater board relays, and
1 transformer but DO NOT disconnect connections
(Figure 510).

WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD
Turn off electric power before service or
installation. Extreme care must be used, if it
becomes necessary to work on equipment with
power applied.
Failure to do so could result in serious injury or
death.
