Warranty
One-year frame, weave and fabric limited warranty. The warranty does not cover
damage due to exposure to the outdoors, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence,
commercial use or improper operation or maintenance.
Frames
Steel furniture is warranted for a period of one year beginning from the original
purchase date against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. NOTE: This
warranty excludes corrosion, fading, and rust on any steel product.
Wicker
Wicker weave will be warranted against separation or breaking for a period of one year
beginning from the original purchase date. The replacement shall be on the individual
part or item, not on the complete setting. Fading or discolorations resulting from
exposure to the elements, chemicals or from spills are not covered. This warranty does
not apply to any damage caused to the product as a result of commercial use.
Fabrics
The fabrics will be warranted against separation at the seams for a period of one year
beginning from the original purchase date. The replacement shall be on the individual
part or item, not on the complete setting. Fading or discolorations resulting from
exposure to the elements, chemicals or from spills are not covered. This warranty does
not apply to any damage caused to the product as a result of commercial use. Foam
are excluded from this warranty.
