ThiswarrantyofFreemanNailGunsextendsexclusivelytotheoriginalpurchaseroftheFreemanNailingGunseven(7)
yearsfromtheoriginalpurchasedate.PGPInc.expresslywarrantsthattheFreemanNailGunisfreefromdefectin
materialsandworkmanshipsubjecttotheexceptionsandlimitationscontainedherein
ThiswarrantyofPGPInc.sdriverblades,bumpers,o-rings,pistons,pistonrings,andgasketstheFreemanWearing
PartscollectivelywiththeFreemanNailingGunstheFreemanProductextendsexclusivelytotheoriginal
purchaseroftheFreemanWearingPartsninetydaysfromtheoriginalpurchasedateduetoadefectinmaterialand
workmanship.
PGPInc.shallrepairorreplace,atitsoption,aFreemanProductthathasadefectinmaterialsorworkmanship.The
originalpurchasermustreturnthecompleteFreemanProduct,postageprepaidandinsured,withproofofpurchaseto
PGPInc.oranyofitsauthorizedservicecenters.Otherthanthepostageandinsurancerequirement,nochargewillbe
madeforrepairscoveredbythiswarranty.
Thesewarrantiesdonotapplytodefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipordamagesresultingfromrepairsoralterations
whichhavebeenmadeorattemptedbyothersortheunauthorizeduseofnonconformingparts.Theyfurtherdonotapplyif
thedamageisduetonormalwearandtear,abuse,impropermaintenance,neglectoraccidentorcausedbyuseofthe
FreemanProductafterpartialfailureorusewithimproperaccessories.
TheFreemanProductisintendedforusebyindividualsandnotforuseonanassemblyline,productionline,orany
commercialapplication.ThesewarrantiesdonotextendtosuchcommercialuseasitconstitutesabuseoftheFreeman
Product.
Thesewarrantiesarethesoleandexclusivewarranties,expressorimpliedfortheFreemanProduct.Noemployee,agent,
dealerorotherpersonisauthorizedtoalter,modify,expandorreducethetermsofthesewarrantiesortomakeanyother
warrantyonbehalfofPGPInc.Theseexpresslimitedwarrantiescontainstheentireagreementregardingexpressand
impliedwarrantiesrelatedtotheFreemanProduct.Nowritingorlanguagesinthepurchaseorderoranyotherdocument
shallbeconstruedasanadditionoralterationofPGPInc.swarrantiesoftheFreemanProduct.
Allmattersrelatedtothesaleand/oruseoftheFreemanProductthatisthesubjectoftheselimitedwarranties,alongwith
theconstructionandenforcementofthetermsoftheselimitedwarrantiesthemselves,shallbesubjecttothelawsofthe
stateofGeorgia.Anydisputearisingoutofthesaleand/oruseoftheFreemanProductthatisthesubjectoftheselimited
warrantiesshallbebroughtinCherokeeCounty,Georgia.Purchaseand/oruseoftheFreemanProduct,makesyou
subjecttothebenefitsandlimitationsoftheselimitedwarranties.Accordingly,anywrit,judgmentorotherenforcement,
obtainedfromajurisdiction,county,parish,stateorfederalcourtorothercountry,otherthanfromtheforumidentified
above,shallbevoidandunenforceableagainstPGPInc.
Somestatesdonotallowlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabovelimitationsmaynotapplytoyou.
Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,sotheabovelimitationor
exclusionmaynotapplytoyou.
Ifanytermorlimitationcontainedinthislimitedwarrantyisdeemedunenforceablebylaw,thenthattermshallbesevered
fromtheremainingportionsofthelimitedwarrantieswhichshallremainenforceable.
