Place bottom rail inside  rst post, resting it on the
2" spacer blocks (Fig. 5). Attach bottom rail using
two

" Hex Head screws in the small groove in
the post. (Fig. 6).
Back out the top screw so that the channel is
clean until in ll boards are installed (Fig. 7).
Snap adaptor strips (provided in panel kit) into
post channel (Fig. 8).
