• Name and version number of ValueLoader drivers and backup
software you are using
Information Needed by Software Vendors 2
While the ValueLoader itself is supported, software products used
with the ValueLoader are supported by individual software
vendors. Before contacting the software vendor, make sure you
have the following information:
• Your name and telephone number
• The product name, firmware revision, operating system, build,
and serial number
• Detailed list of reported error messages
• Configuration files and log files related to the problem
• Screen dumps, if applicable
• Explanation of how to reproduce the problem, if possible
• Events that may have contributed to the problem, recent
operator actions, recent events in the software or the system,
and recent changes to the computer system, software, or
network environment.
