7. SETTINGS Menu
Use the following options to change the
settings of the device.
7.1 Auto Shuto Time
1. In the Settings menu, press / to
select Auto Shuto Time and then
press OK / .
2. Press / to change the setting
and then press OK / .
• Thissettingdetermineshowlong
your device stays on if no key is
pressed.
7.2 Brightness
1. In the Settings menu, press /
to select Brightness and then press
OK / .
2. Press / to change the setting
and then press OK / .
• Thissettingdeterminesthe
brightness of the screen.
• Turningdownthebrightnessofthe
screen can help save the battery life.
7.3 Message Language
1. In the Settings menu, press / to
select Message Language and then
press OK / .
2. Press / to change the setting
and then press OK / .
• Thissettingdeterminesthelanguage
(English or Spanish) for prompts, help
and messages.
7.4 Stylus Calibration
1. In the Settings menu, press / to
select Stylus Calibration and then
press OK / .
2. Follow the instructions to touch
the centers of the crosses on the
screen with a nger or a stylus.
• Thishelpsimprovetheaccuracy
when using the touch screen.
• Note: Stylus is not included.
7.5 Key Tone
1. In the Settings menu, press / to
select Key Tone and then press OK /
.
2. Press / to change the setting
and then press OK / .
• Thissettingdeterminesifkeytone
can be heard when a key is pressed.
