Franklin Access Manager™ is a connection manager application for X720 Express Card. It
allows you to manage and monitor the Internet connection between your computer and
the wireless network. It has user friendly interface and is equipped with many useful
features that will enhance your internet navigation experience.
Features
WWAN (Wireless Wide Area Network, 1xEV-DO/1xRTT/CDMA/LTE)
Specific Features:
Configures your computer to use your X720 Express Card
Creates a Data Connection for your X720 Express Card
Copies utility to create wireless copies of your dial-up connections, if supported by your
device
Test function for WWAN device
A WWAN capable device is required to use the WWAN features. Individual WWAN
features are also device dependent as described in the WWAN section above.
Other Features:
Logs connections used, duration of the usage, and bytes sent and received.

LTE-Specific Items
In addition to the standard items, the LTE Connections Interface contains the following:
SINR
Carrier to Interference + Noise Ratio- This is an indication of how strong the desired
signal is compared to any interfering signals and noise.
Received Signal Strength
The strength of the received signal is displayed as both a value in dbm and as the familiar
signal strength bar graphic.
Center Frequency
The center frequency used by your current LTE connection.
