8. Admin mode

Settings made in Admin mode always apply to all cost centres. In Admin mode you also have access to all

cost centres and can thus conveniently make settings for these cost centres (counter readings, name and

PIN). The additional features demanded by Admin mode are described below (see section 7.1. Setup 1

menu (CC and Admin) on page 35 there are for instructions on calling up Admin mode).

Tip

You can also make settings in each cost centre. However, when you do this not all the Admin

mode functions is available to you.

8.1. Main Menu

You are taken to the Main Menu after logging in. Franking is not possible in Admin mode. The Admin

functions in the Main Menu are described below.

8.1.1. Devices

8.1.1.1. Scales (optional)

There are no special features in Admin mode.

8.1.2. Logo

ecify the logo setting system-wide (to do this, in the Setup 3 menu, activate the Logo: System function).

The other functions in the Logo menu do not differ from the descriptions from page 28.

8.1.3. Info Print

A list of

all the cost centres can be printed out using the Re-

port CC key in Admin mode. All other reports and print op-

tions correspond to the descriptions given earlier in this oper-

ating manual (see section 5.5. Info Print from page 32).

8.1.4. Printer settings

e Printer Settings menu item does not offer any additional functions in the Admin menu.

Tip

Only those settings that you have defined as SYSTEM in the Setup 3 menu, such as the logo, can

be adjusted.
