Troubleshooting
Please refer to the fault phenomenon and troubleshooting methods below before sending the
Pr
oduct for maintenance. If the problem remains, please contact the local dealer or service center.
Startup
If indicator lamps are off:
•Make sure to firmly connect one end of power line to the Product and connect another end to the
electrified power socket.
•Press the power button again.
•Unplug the power line, wait for a certain period, reinsert the power line and press “Power” button
again.

If it shows signal source searching in progress:
•Select the enabled input source based on the signal source.
•Make sure the external signal source is connected and it is powered on.
•Make sure the external video port of lap top is enabled prior to computer connection. Please refer
to the computer manual.
If image focusing is inaccurate:
•Adjust the focusing dial rod if it shows screen menu.
•Check if the projection lens needs cleaning.
•If the image has flickering or instability during computer connection:
•Press “Menu”, enter Display and then adjust Phase Position or Horizontal Dimensions.
Remote controller:
If remote controller does not work:
•Make sure the front remote receiver of the Product is not blocked. Use the remote controller
within the valid range.
•Point the remote controller at the screen or front of the Product.
•Move the remote controller, put it at front of the Product, instead of far places at lateral sides.
