Display Troubleshooting
If฀you฀encounter฀problems฀with฀DTF-510U฀display,฀refer฀to฀the฀following฀tables.฀Your฀problem฀may฀be฀
described฀here,฀and฀you฀can฀try฀the฀solution฀offered.
For฀the฀problems฀regarding฀tablet฀or฀pen,฀refer฀to฀the฀Troubleshooting฀chapter฀in฀the฀online฀Help฀that฀can฀be฀
accessed฀from฀the฀Wacom฀Tablet฀control฀panel.

The฀frequency฀of฀input฀signals฀do฀not฀match฀DTF-510U.฀฀Connect฀different฀monitor฀
and฀set฀the฀horizontal฀frequency฀to฀some฀value฀between฀28฀to฀64฀kHz฀and฀vertical฀
frequency฀to฀same฀value฀between฀48฀to฀75Hz.
Check฀the฀video฀cable฀for฀bent฀or฀broken฀connector฀pins.฀฀
฀฀฀฀฀Then฀properly฀connect฀the฀video฀cable.
If฀your฀computeris฀in฀the฀power฀management฀mode,฀movethe฀mouse฀or฀hit
any฀key฀on฀your฀keyboard.
Verify฀that฀the฀graphics฀card฀is฀properly฀installed.
Check฀the฀video฀cable฀for฀bent฀or฀broken฀connector฀pins.฀฀
฀฀฀฀฀Then฀properly฀connect฀the฀video฀cable.
Verify฀that฀you฀are฀using฀the฀video฀cable฀that฀came฀with฀DTF-510U.
VerifythattheAC฀powercordisconnected,andthattheDTF-510Upower
switch฀is฀turned฀on.
Verify฀that฀the฀Analog฀(VGA)/Digital฀(DVI)฀switch฀is฀properly฀set.฀
