The above information indicates that SharePoint Session service is turned off. You need to
start the service to use Foxit WebPDF Reader.

Reader Conversion Service". Make sure the service instances of “Foxit WebPDF Reader
Conversion Service” are started in at least one application server in the server farm, if it’s
already started, restart IIS and then try again.
