to open a file from Epona DMSforLegal.
3. In the DMSforLegal Open dialog box, select the document you want to open, and
click OK.
4. Choose how you want to open the PDF document:
Check Out and Open: Open the PDF file and check it out so that others cannot
modify the PDF when you are working on it.
Open: Open the PDF file without checking out.
(Optional) If necessary, check Don’t ask me again so that Foxit PDF Editor will
remember your selection and save it as the default way to open a file from the
Epona DMSforLegal. Once checked and applied, Foxit PDF Editor dialog box
will not show up the next time you open a file from the Epona DMSforLegal.
Check In, Check Out, and Discard Check Out a PDF File on
Epona DMSforLegal
To change the status of a PDF file opened from Epona DMSforLegal, please select the
DMSforLegal context tab, and choose any of the following option as desired:
Check In: Check in the PDF document that you have currently checked out, and
save it on Epona DMSforLegal. While checking in the PDF document, select a
version number for the modified document and type the appropriate version
comment in the Check In dialog box. To prevent other users from modifying the
document, check Keep the document checked out after checking in this
version option in the Check In dialog box.
Check Out: Check out the PDF document from Epona DMSforLegal library. A
checked-out PDF document cannot be edited by other users.
Discard Check Out: Check in the PDF document that you have currently checked
out, discarding any changes you have made to the document.
Check and Edit the Document Properties
To check the document properties of a PDF file opened from Epona DMSforLegal, go
to DMSforLegal context menu, and choose Document Properties. The Document
properties dialog box will pop up for you to view and edit the document properties.
Save a PDF File on Epona DMSforLegal
Click File > Save to save and replace the original document on Epona DMSforLegal.
Go to File > Save As > DMSforLegal > Browse, and follow the DMSforLegal
