Click Enterprise Connect > Save As, or go to File > Save As > Enterprise
Connect > Browse, and then follow the Enterprise Connect onscreen instructions
to save it in OpenText Content Suite.
Worldox Integration
Integration with Worldox enables you to open, modify, and save PDF documents in
your Worldox account, which streamlines your document management.
Open PDFs on Worldox
1. Click File > Open > Add a place > Worldox. Before using Foxit PDF Editor to open
PDFs on Worldox, you are required to install Worldox client in your system if you
haven’t.
2. (Optional) If you have added Worldox in Foxit PDF Editor before, the Worldox item
will be listed under the Open menu, and the Worldox context tab will be displayed.
Then click File > Open > Worldox > Open, or select Worldox > Open.
3. In the GX- Open dialog box, double-click the document you want to open, and then
it will be opened with Foxit PDF Editor. Then make your edits as needed with
advanced tools in Foxit PDF Editor.
Save
To save an opened PDF document back to Worldox, do any of the following:
Click File > Save, or Worldox > Save to save and replace the original document in
the Worldox.
Click File > Save As > Worldox > Save As, or Worldox > Save As, and then follow
the GX onscreen instructions to save and replace the original document, or save
it as a new version or new document.
To save a local PDF document to Worldox, follow the steps below:
Click Worldox > Save or Save As, or go to File > Save As > Worldox > Save As,
and then follow the GX onscreen instructions to save it as a new document or a
new version in Worldox.
