Document properties
When you have opened a PDF document in Documentum, you can click
Documentum > Document Information to view the properties of the document.
OpenText Content Suite Integration
Within Foxit PDF Editor, you can open, modify, and save PDF documents on OpenText
Content Suite.
Open PDFs on OpenText Content Suite
1. Click File > Open > Add a place > Enterprise Connect. Before using Foxit PDF
Editor to open PDFs on OpenText Content Suite, you are required to install
Enterprise Connect Framework in your system if you haven’t.
2. (Optional) If you have added Enterprise Connect in Foxit PDF Editor before, the
Enterprise Connect item will be listed under the Open menu, and the Enterprise
Connect context tab will be displayed. You can click File > Open > Enterprise
Connect > Browse or select Enterprise Connect > Open to open a file from
OpenText Content Suite.
3. In the Enterprise Connect Open dialog box, select the document you want to
open, and click Open. The document will be checked out and opened with Foxit
PDF Editor. Then make your edits as needed with advanced tools in Foxit PDF
Editor.
Tip: You need to set Foxit PDF Editor as the default PDF viewer if you want to open PDFs on
OpenText Content Suite with Foxit PDF Editor.
Save
To save a check-out document, do any of the following:
Click File > Save to save and replace the original document in OpenText Content
Suite.
Go to File > Save As > Enterprise Connect > Browse or Enterprise Connect >
Save As, and follow the Enterprise Connect onscreen instructions to save it as a
new document or new version.
To save a local PDF document to OpenText Content Suite, follow the steps below:
