Integration with iManage10
Open and check out PDFs on iManage 10
1. Go to File > Open > Add a place > iManage 10, or click Share > iManage 10 >
Connect > Choose, and then log in to your account.
2. (Optional) If you have logged in before, the iManage10 item will be listed under
the Open menu. You can click File > Open > iManage10 > Open or select Share >
iManage 10 > Open to open a file from iManage10.
3. After you sign in successfully, select Share > iManage 10 > Open.
4. In the Open dialog box, select the document you need and click Open. The
document is also checked out when opened.
Save
To save a local PDF document to the iManage10 repository save the changes you made
in the document and then do the following:
To save as a new document in iManage10 repository:
1. Go to File > Save As > iManage10 > Save As. Or click Share > iManage10 > Save
As > Save As.
2. In the Save As dialog box, choose a target folder and enter the name for the
document. Enter the Author name, or click the button next to the text box and
choose a name. You can also type your comments in the Comments text field.
3. After completing all of the settings, click Save to save the document to the
iManage10.
To save as a new version of an existing Work document:
1. Go to File > Save As > iManage10 > Save As New Version, or click Share >
iManage10 > Save As > Save As New Version.
2. In the pop-up dialog box, select a document in iManage10.
3. Specify the document properties in the pop-up New Version dialog box, and click
Save to save it as a new version of the selected document.
To save a PDF document in iManage10, you can choose to replace the original
document, or save it as a new version or a new document in the iManage10. After
modification, do any of the following:
