Export comments to Word
Foxit PDF Editor allows users to revise the original Word document by exporting the
comments from the PDF if the PDF is a tagged PDF and is created from a Microsoft
Word document using Foxit PDF Editor add-on.
Do one of the following:
In Foxit PDF Editor, open the commented PDF file, and then choose
Comment > Export > Export to Word.
In Microsoft Word, open the original document, and then choose Foxit PDF >
Foxit PDF Editor Comment > Import Comments from Foxit PDF Editor.
Read the instruction and click OK to continue. If you do not want to see the
dialog box the next time you try to export comments, check Don’t show again
option in the dialog box.
In the Import Comments from Foxit PDF Editor dialog box, corresponding PDF
and Word documents will be selected by default, and you can also click Browse
to select the PDF file which contains comments and the Word document which
you want to import comments, if necessary. Then select one of the following
options, and click Continue.
All Comments: Import all comments to the Word document.
