3.12. Expander Brackets
3.12.1. Removing a K2V4 Expander Bracket
Follow these steps to remove an expander assembly:
1. Remove the top cover from the server. See “Removing a Top Cover” on page 10.
2. Disconnect the cables from the expander assembly. See “Expander Assembly Cable Routing” on
page 43.
3. Remove the screws securing the expander assembly.
4. Disconnect the expander assembly from the mainboard.
