e) After waiting for the system to enter the "HOLDING" mode, wait for
another 20 minutes. At this time, read the standard thermometer
temperature value and press the RUN/STOP button while adjusting
the encoder to the standard temperature value.

2. Temperature setting
The temperature setting can only be performed without heating;
press the encoder key once (short press), the temperature display bar
flashes, then the encoder can be adjusted to the desired set
temperature.
3. Scheduled time setting
The setting can only be done without heating; press the encoder
key twice (short press), the clock display bar is flashing, then you
can adjust the encoder to the desired setting time.
4. Heating parameter preservation
The system can save five sets of commonly used operating parameters,
including temperature and time, for users to quickly call. In the stop
