Any item repaired or replaced under these Limited Warranes will be covered by the Limited Warranes for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

TheseLimitedWarranesdonotapplyto(i)rented,business,commercial,i nstuonal,orothernon-residenaluses,(ii)merchandisethatwas,atanyme,used
asafloorsampleordisplaymodel,(iii)anymerchandisepurchased“asis”orsecond -hand,(iv)anymerchandisepurchasedatadistresssaleora going-out-ofbusi-
nesssale,(v)anymerchandisepurchasedfromaliquidator,or(vi)merchandiseobtained froma rentalretailer.Allwarranes,whetherexpress or implied, cover
onlynormal householdusage.Nowarranty,expressorimplied,applies  toanycondionresulngfrommisuse,abuse,deliveryor
transportaondamage,norany
condionresulngfromincorrectorinadequatemaintenance,cleaning orcare.TheseLimitedWarranesarenullandvoidiffurniturehasbeenmovedfromorigi-
nalpointofdeliverytoconsumer.
Chemical Treatments
TheseLimitedWarranesdonotcoverdamagesordefectscausedbyuseofchemicaltreatmentsorprotecvecoangsonthefinish,leather,orupholsteredfabric
bytheretailerortheoriginalretailpurchaser,andanysuchchemicaltreatmentsorprotecvecoangsvoidsallwarranesofWarrantor.
Leather, Upholstered Fabric and Finishes
TheLimitedWarraneson“Leather”,“UpholsteredFabric”and“FinishesandallOtherFurnitureProducts”donotcover(i)damagesresulngfromexcessivesoiling,
improperorunapprovedcleaningmethods,(ii)fadingorotherdamagesresulng fromexposuretosunlight,(iii)damagesresulngfromhouseholdhumidity,or(iv)
damages
resulngfromanyliquid, includingbutnotlimitedtoalcoholandwater.CAUTION:Anyuseofimproperorunapprovedcleaningmethodsvoidsallwarran-
esofWarrantor.

TheseLimitedWarranesdonotapplytoanyproductsthathavebeenalteredbyanyperson,dealer,orcompanywithouttheexpresswrienauthorizaonofWar-
rantor.

playonoroperatemoonfurniture.Alwaysleavereclinersinanuprightandclosedposionandkeephandsandfeetclearofmechanism.Onlytheoccupantshoul d

Toobtainwarrantyservices,theoriginalretailpurchasermustcomplywiththerequirementsofthisClaimProcedure.
ContacttheRoomsoluonsauthorizedretailerfromwhomyoupurchasedyourfurniture,toobtainwarrantyservice.Allclaimsmustincludetheoriginalbillofsale,
theproductserial number, and be filedwithin
theapplicablewarranty period.Warrantorreservesthe right to require defecve parts be returned upon request.
Youmustmakearrangementswiththeretailertoschedulethetransportaonofthefurnitureorpartsfromyourhometotheretailerorfromtheretailertoyour
home.Iftheretailerfromwhichyoupurchasedthefurniturehasclosedandyouneedservice,contactinwringorcallourCustomerService.
