eachhidewillreflectitsownindividuality.Somevariaonsofshad
eandtoneare tobeexpected as arethe nicks,scratches,andwrinklesthatonlyoccurin
genuineleather;thesecharacteriscsareinnowaytobeconsideredadefect.TheseLimitedWarranesdonotcovertears,flaeningofnap,pilling,fading,or
shrinkingandisno
tvalidwhenheavysoilingorabuseisevident.TheseLimi tedWarranesalsodonotcoverprotecvefinishes,velvets,andvelvettypes,since
bytheirverynature,thesefabricsareofsotextureandwillcrush,shadeand markmorereadilythanmostfabrics;thesecharacteriscsareinnowaytobe
consider
edadefect.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
ThefollowinglimitaonandexceponsapplytotheLimitedWarranes:
Remedy
UndertheseLimitedWarranes,forallofitsproductsotherthananUnaachedCushion(asdefinedinthetopicalheading“UnaachedCushioning”),thesole
liability of Warrantor is limited to repair, or at its opon, replacement the applicable product or part not in conformity with these Limited Warranes
. RE-
FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. If within the warranty period, idencal materials are unavailable at theme of repair or replacement, Warrantor reserves the
righttosubstutematerialsofequalorbe erquality.Replacementfabricsmayvaryincolorfromtheoriginalduetodyelotdifferen
ces.
In addion, during the periodof any applicable Labor Coverage, Warrantor will pay, within one year fromthedate of purchase, reasonableand customary
labor rates to repair or replace the defecve parts (at Warrantor’s opon) and shipping costs from the retailer toand fromWarrant
or, at no charge to the
originalretailpurchaser.AertheexpiraonoftheLaborCoverageorforallproductsorpartsnotcoveredbyLaborCoverage,theoriginalretailpurchaserwill
beresponsiblefor labor,packing,and all shipping andtransportaoncosts. The costs associated with tr
ansporngthefurniture or parts fromyour home to
theretailerorfromtheretailertoyourhomeareexcludedfromallLimitedWarranes.
ForUnaachedCushionswithamaterialmanufacturingdefect,Warrantorwill replacethedefecveUnaachedCushionprovidedthattheoriginalretailpur-
chaserduringthewarrant
yperiod(i)complieswiththeClaimProceduresetforthintheseLimitedWar ranesand(ii)ifrequestedbyWarrantor,returnsthe
defecvecushioncore contained withinan Unaached Cushion to Roomsoluons Brand,An: Director of Quality,One AshleyWay, Arcadia, WI 54612. The
rem
edyspecifiedinthisparagraphisWarrantorsoleliabilityrelatedtoUnaachedCushions.
