Avoid inhaling mists and vapors. Keep unprotected persons away.

Absorb with liquid-binding material (sand, diatomite, acid binders, and universal binders.)
Use neutralizing agent. Dispose contaminated material as waste according to item 13.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
Advice on safe handling
Ensure good ventilation/exhaustion at the workplace. Avoid contact with aluminum and
other metals. Reactions with aluminum, particularly foil, may generate flammable hydrogen
gas. Use, store and transfer only with acid resistant plastic containers, DO NOT USE
aluminum or any other metal container.
Storage Conditions
Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Incompatible materials
Bases, amines, alkali metals, metals - especially aluminum, permanganates, Fluorine,
metal acetylides, hexalithium disilicide, and bleach.
