The Compact plate warmer-food heater is a versatile
accessory for warming the crockery to an agreeable
temperature, heating food and keeping it warm,
thawing and proving dough. In combination with
the Compact 1810 and Folk ovens, the overall
dimensions are the same as those of a traditional
oven, i.e. 60x60 cm.
The pleasantly harmonious effect achieved with
the 1810 oven is also perfect (page 157).
