Step 3: Cut & Clean Rails

 1. Toavoidinjuryordamagebeforecungdownrail,remove

 picketplugsingeneralareaofthecut.

 2. Toremovepicketplugs,use1/4”[6mm]HexWrench

 androtateplugtotherightunlindicaonmarksare

  perpendiculartorail.AsshowninFig.1&2.

 3. Cutrailsusingasawwithanetoothcarbidecung

 blade.AsshowninFig.3.

 4. Useletosmoothcutedges.AsshowninFig.4.

 5. Removeanymetalshavingsanddustwithabrushorrag.

 6. Makesuresurfacestobepaintedareclean.

Note:

• Top Cap should be cut to the length of the panel opening

 foundonpage8,step1.

• DO NOTcutondecksurface.
