Remove the Anti-Jump Screw from each Door Hanger.

IMPORTANT

The widest part of the Spacer should be placed on the

wall.

The Joint Plate should be on the side of the Track facing

away from wall, and on the BOTTOM of the Track.

Place one Lag Screw through the hole on one end hole of

the Track, through a Spacer, and drive the Lag Screw into the pilot hole. DO NOT fully tighten

Lag Screw.

Repeat process for Lag Screw on opposite end of Track. DO NOT fully tighten Lag Screw.

For remaining holes in Track, insert Lag Screw through hole and through Spacer, and drive into

pilot hole. DO NOT fully tighten Lag Screws.

After all Lag Screws and Spacers are in place, use a level on top of the Track to make sure it is

properly level. While the level is on top of the Track, tighten all Lag Screws.

3 - Install Hangers and Hang the Door

IMPORTANT

If the Track Stops will be located between the outermost

Lag Screw holes, they should be placed loose on the

Track at this time.

Place the Track Stop with the rubber bumpers facing the

center of the Track and the Set Screws facing UP.

Mark the location of the

through holes for the

Door Hangers on the side

of the door facing away

from the Track as shown

in the diagram. Drill

the holes using a 10mm

(

/16”) bit.

Insert the Bolts through the

door on the side facing

the Track, and secure the Door Hanger by adding

two Washers and an Hex Nut to each Bolt.

Hand tighten both Nuts before securing with a

wrench.
