
Carefullyslideoffrubbergripringonknob.Usingasmallhexkey(1.5mmdia)placeknoboncontrol
shaftandtightenonshaft.Replacerubbergripring.

Bafflefilterswillnotseatcorrectlyor
arerattling

Removeallfiltersandcarefullyrepositiongreasetroughsandfilters,re‐hookfilterstofrontinside
surfaceofhoodbodyon900CFMunits.Makesurefiltersaresecuredtogethertightlywiththumb
screwsonback.

Remotecontrolstoppedworking(wasworkingpreviously):

Openbatterydooron
backofremote.Makesurebatteryisseatedcorrectlyinthecorrect
orientation.Removebatteryandcheckvoltage(12voltswhennew,willdropwithuseandwillnot
workbelow9volts).Replacebatteryifneeded.

HOODAPPEARSTOBETURNEDONBYITSELF(POSSIBLYFROMANEARBYNEIGHBOR

Ifyourrangehoodisturningonbyitselfandyoususpectsomeonenearbyhasaremotecontro lthat
isdoingthisorinterfering,youcanchangethefrequencyofthereceiverinthe
hoodinsertandthe
handremotecontroltoavoidthisproblem.Hereistheprocedure:

Turncircuitbreakerpoweroff.

Youmustdropthecontrolpaneloftherangehoodinserttogettotheradiofrequencyselectionswitches
