1 Loosely attach U Support Bar to Right Arm Panel (C) & Left Arm Panel (D) with bolts (G) through lock washer (I) and flat washer (J) using wrench (N). Do not tighten the bolts at this point. Figure 1 C B D J I G 2 Loosely attach the Connector Bar (E) to Right Arm Panel (B) & Left Arm Panel (C) with countersunk bolts (F) using Hex Screw Driver (M). Do not tighten the bolts at this point.
3 Place the chair seat (A) on a non-abrasive flat surface. Align the holes on the support bar on the underside of the chair seat with the holes on the spring plates which are pre-attached to the chair base. Insert bolts (H) through the C-clamp alum plates (L), and support bar attached to the underside of the seat, and spring plates attached to the U support bar (D) as shown in the diagram. Secure bolts with flat washers (J), lock washers (I) and nuts (K).
4 Once all the nuts and bolts are in place, securely tighten all the bolts (F&G&H) and nuts (K), including the ones at the front part on the rocker mechanism with the hex screw driver (M) and the wrench (N) . Place the seat cushions (P) and back cushions (O) on the chairs. Your chair is ready for your enjoyment now.
CARE & MAINTENANCE Clean furniture frame with wet towel using mild soap and water solution. Dry completely with soft towel. Clean cushions and sling seat material with a mild solution of soap and water and hang cushions to drip dry completely. Store them in a clean dry area of your home. Do not machine wash or dry. Do not use bleach or strong solvents to clean any of your patio furniture. It will harm both fabrics and metal finishes.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: Tool Required for Assembly: phillips screw driver ( NOT included) 1. Carefully unpack all parts from the box, compare parts with package content listed above, make sure all parts are present before beginning assembly of product. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. Contact customer service for replacement parts. 2. Place table top (B) on a non-abrasive flat surface to prevent scratching.

Put lava rock (M) around the burner, then remove the label from the pilot box (see Figure 8). A gas fire pit requires 13.2 lbs lava rock. NOTE: DO NOT completely cover the burner element or block the pilot box with the lava rocks.
10. Place the lid (A) onto the fire bowl when not in use to protect it from the elements or when fire pit is cooled COMPLETELY after use. Cover the fire pit with weather cover (L) when not in use to protect it from the elements or when fire pit is cooled COMPLETELY after use, (see Figure 10). NOTE: Allow 30 minutes after use for fire pit to cool down before placing the lid to prevent scalding.
STOP NATURAL GAS CONVERSION STOP Natural gas conversion must be performed only by natural gas provider or service company. 1. 4. Connect the natural gas hose with the gas valve by screwing clockwise tightly (see Figure 14). BATTERY Make sure the control knob is in the “OFF” position. Unscrew the push button cap on the ignitor module located on the control panel to access the battery compartment. The ignitor module requires one AAA size battery (See Figure 17), BATTERY IS NOT INCLUDED. WARNING: 1. Please observe proper polarity and use the correct battery type when placing or replacing the battery. Improper installation could result in ignition failure. 2.

Make 2~3 oz. of leak solution by mixing one part liquid dishwashing detergent and three parts water. Noted: make sure control knob is “OFF”. 2. Apply several drops of solution where the cylinder attaches to regulator (see Figure 18), inspect the solution at the connection looking for bubbles. If NO bubbles appear, the connection is secure.
Observe Flame Height When Lit: The burner will display blue and yellow flames. These flames should be a blue / yellow color between 1~2 in. height (see Figure 23). These flames should not be yellow or produce thick smoke. This would indicate an obstruction of airflow through the burners. The flames should be blue with straight yellow tops.

WARRANTY Firepits Burner, steel fire pit bowl, all mechanical parts and fittings to control panel and burner assembly are warranted for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase, against defects in material and or workmanship. Rust is not covered. Frames Frames are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. Damage to frames or welds due to improper assembly or exposure to water and sub-freezing temperatures, is not covered.
