Here is a graphical description of the various rounding methods:
Rounding Appearance Code Description
0 Aligns to the closest grid line
1
Aligns to the left or bottom grid line
2 Aligns to the right or top grid line
3
Aligns to the closest center of pixel
Aligns to closest edge of pixel or center of pixel
To set an alignment command on the outline:
1. Press the align button on the toolbar.
2. Position the mouse cursor on the point that you want to align.
3. Click the left mouse button. Hold the SHIFT key if you are setting
vertical commands and the point is inside an alignment zone.
In the Program panel the Align command appears as:
AlignV 12 [1]
AlignH 22 [0]
where 12 and 22 are point indices and 1 and 0 are the codes of the
alignment rounding method as shown in the table above.
