Selection Commands
When a part of the glyph is selected, right-click it to get access to the popup
menu:
Some commands are just copies of the Edit menu commands, but others
are much more interesting:
Cut
Copies the selection to the Clipboard and removes it.
Copy Copies the selection to the Clipboard and leaves original untouched
Delete
Removes the selection.
Transform
Activates the Transform tool
Convert to
component
Tries to convert the selection into a link to a component glyph. This
extremely powerful command is described in full detail in the
Editing Composite Glyphs section.
Convert
Converts all selected segments to lines, Bezier curves or off-curve
points.
Connection
Changes the connection mode of the selected points. If the mode is
changed to smooth, all connections are forced to be smooth:

Opens the Selection properties panel
