PROBLEMS
Blade motor too hot
Blade exits in an irregular way
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Remote control switch not working
properly ( e.g. only working on 2
phases).
Cutting profile thicknesses that are
too great and/or at too high a
speed.
Build up of chips inside motor.
Incorrect phase conductivity.
Burned out motor.
No oil in blade feed cylinder.
Air in blade feed cylinder.
REMEDIES
Fit a new remote control switch.
Cut profiles that are not so thick
and/or at a slower speed.
Remove chips from inside the
motor: use the compressed air
gun or open the motor safety
guard for more thorough
cleaning.
Check the conductivity of the
phases.
Fit a new motor.
Put oil in the blade advance
cylinder.
Purge air from the cylinder.
