28. Place a sanitary (2 gallon or larger) container in bin

or dispenser to collect Sani-Sponges and ice for

10 minutes. Collect 5.5 lbs (3 kg) of ice from unit.

Discard ice and Sani-Sponge.

29. To sanitize Lane 2 ice transport tube – Press ice

machine power switch OFF.

30. Verify that Ice Manager is in manual mode. Manual

light should be on. If auto light is on, press MODE

SELECT button to switch to manual mode.
