22. WARRANTY, SERVICE AND TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
For technical questions about service or your firearm, or if your FN product
should require service or repair contact the FN Product Service Center in
Columbia, SC. Law enforcement and military users should contact their
department or unit armorer.

When returning your FN firearm for servicing you must do the following:
1. Be sure it is completely unloaded. Never return ammunition with
your firearm.
2. Remove the scope, optics or accessories.
3. Package it securely in a cardboard container.
4. Enclose the service/repair form available at www.fnamerica.com or a
letter that clearly describes the trouble experienced, the ammunition
used and the repairs desired. Also include your name, e-mail address
(if available) and a daytime phone number where you can be reached.
5. If convenient, send a copy of the service/repair form or letter
to us separately.
6. Never use the U.S. Postal Service to ship firearms or ammunition.
Federal law prohibits the general public from mailing firearms and
prohibits anyone from mailing ammunition. Contact a commercial
common carrier or a licensed firearms dealer for shipping assistance.
