11. GUARANTEE TERMS
11. Guarantee terms
Flymo guarantees this product's functionality for a
period of two years (from date of purchase). The
guarantee covers serious faults relating to materials or
manufacturing faults. Within the guarantee period, we
will replace the product or repair it at no charge if the
following terms are met:
The robotic lawnmower and the charging station
may only be used in compliance with the
instructions in this Operator's Manual.
Users or non-authorized third parties are not
permitted to attempt to repair the product.
Examples of faults which are not included in the
guarantee:
Damage caused by water seepage from
underneath the robotic lawnmower. This
damage is normally caused by laundry or
irrigation systems or holes/hollows in the
working area when pools of water are formed
when it rains.
Damage caused by shortened low-voltage cable.
Damage caused by lightning.
Damage caused by using a battery that is not an
original battery.
Damage to the loop wire.
Damage to the body or its suspension caused
by improper storage.
The blades and wheels are seen as disposable and
are not covered by the guarantee.
If an error occurs with your Flymo robotic lawnmower,
please contact Flymo Central Services (see Memo on
page 4) for further instructions. Please have the receipt
and the robotic lawnmower's serial number at hand
when contacting Flymo Central Service.
