14. 如果在更改波特率后没有重新启动计算机，则应立即重新启动。重新启动
之后，转到“控制面板”(Control Panel) >“网络和 Internet”(Network
and Internet) >“网络和共享中心”(Network and Sharing Center)，然后
按照上面所述单击“管理网络连接”(Manage network connections)。
按照“检查直接串行连接”所述继续操作。如果显示“设置网络位置”(Set
Network Location)窗口，则单击“取消”(Cancel)。
