Accuracy
Probe accuracy when adjusted on the test tool:
DC to 20 kHz..........................................................±1 %
20 kHz to 1 MHz.....................................................±2 %
1 MHz to 25 MHz ...................................................±3 %
For higher frequencies the probe’s roll off starts affecting
the accuracy.

sheet supplied with the VPS410 probe set.
