Communication Troubleshooting
If you are not able to connect to the Recorder because the Recorder’s IP address of the
Ethernet interface is not known, you can either try to connect via the serial interface or
use this procedure to get the information:
1. Plug a USB flash drive or CF card into the Recorder
2. Wait until the CF card LED is turned off after flashing to show complete data
transfer. The LED could stay on statically if there was not enough memory available
for copying all the data.
3. Remove the USB flash drive or CF card and connect it to a PC for reading the data.
4. Open the file YYYY.MM.DD-hh-mm-ss_transfer.log in folder
(Drive):\measurement_data\Serialnumber (of F1760).Name
