14. If you didn't reboot your computer after changing the baudrate, you should do it
now. Once rebooted, go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network
and Sharing Center and click on Manage network connections as described
above.
Continue as described in “Checking the Direct Serial Connection”. If the Set
Network Location window appears, click Cancel.
