Customizing the Excel Export Macro
The data export is controlled by an Excel macro contained in the Excel workbook
Export_to_Word.xls. The behavior of this macro can be configured by the value of the
UserSwitch (see below). Different UserSwitch settings provide different functionalities.
In order to be able to export data to a custom Excel template you need to follow the steps
below.
1. Start PQ Analyze.
2. Open the Export setup dialog (menu Options > Export setup) and uncheck Auto
Report. Close the dialog by clicking OK.
3. In Windows explorer, go to the folder
<AppData>\PQAnalyze\Export and open the Excel workbook Export_to_Word.xls.
4. If a security warning window appears, click the Disable Macros button.

If this window does not appear, a low-security level is in place. In this case,
the macro starts automatically. It is not a problem unless you have checked
the option Auto Report in Options > Export Setup in PQ Analyze. In this
case, the file will be closed immediately after executing the macro.
