Maintenance
Warning
To avoid possible fire, electric shock, personal
injury, or damage to the tester:
Do not open the case. No user-serviceable parts are
inside.
Replacing electrical parts yourself will void the
tester’s warranty and might compromise its safety
features.
Use only specified replacement parts for user-
replaceable items.
Use only Fluke Networks authorized service
centers.
Cleaning
Clean the display with glass cleaner and a soft, lint-free
cloth. Clean the case with a soft cloth dampened with
water or water and a mild soap.
Caution
To avoid damaging the display or the case, do not
use solvents or abrasive cleansers.
Clean the optical connector as described on page 13.
Checking the Meter’s Software Version and
Calibration Date
Turn the meter on while holding down the and keys.
Use
to toggle between the following:
: Software version
: Factory calibration date. The day and month
(DDMM) is on the top line, and the year (YYYY) is on
the bottom line.
To exit this mode, turn the meter off.
