User Instructions
Maintenance Regulations:
1. In case of failure after normal use according to the instructions and precautions, it shall be
repaired free of charge within the warranty period.
2. Please contact Fluidmaster Technical Services if you require maintenance due to failure
during the warranty period and provide information on maintenance service card below.
3. Even within the warranty period, the following circumstances will be charged for
maintenance:
Failure due to carelessness or negligent, and damage caused by any unauthorized
maintenance or service provider;
Failure or damage caused by moving installation location;
Failure and damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning and other natural
disasters, public hazards or abnormal voltages;
Failure or damage due to the use of a non-specified power source (voltage,
frequency);
Failure or damage due to use beyond the general home use;
This maintenance service card cannot be provided;
The contents of seller, installation date and dealer seal on this maintenance service
card are not filled in or the contents are modified without authorization.
4.This maintenance service card is only valid in US and Canada.
5.This maintenance service card will not be reissued, so please take good care of it.
6.Failure to operate in accordance with the terms and conditions, product damage, property
damage and personal injury caused by improper construction, installation and use shall not be
included in the company's free replacement and compensation.
With Regard to Services
Customer Rights:
Customer holds the right to repair free of charge in case of failure within 5 years from the date
of purchase;
However, if the damage is due to the customer’s negligence, misuse or a natural disaster
failure, even within the warranty period, it will also be charged for maintenance.
