BUTTERFLY CHAIR
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION!
Do not over tighten screws in the aluminum it may cause stripped threads.
Please read instructions carefully before assembly. Missing and or broken parts can be

Assemble products on clean soft surface, such as a piece of carpet so as not to scratch the
finish of the product. Identify all parts packed in carton against the parts list. Remove all
protective material carefully and avoid damaging the surface of the furniture while
removing bubble wrap.
Please do not over tighten because aluminum is a soft metal and over tightening may strip
threads or break parts. Tighten all nuts with your fingers first, then tighten with a
wrench or socket to finish assembly.
Preferred tools required are a 6mm Allen wrench and 12mm socket/wrench for body,
wings and seat. 5mm Allan wrench and 10mm socket/wrench for antenna assembly.
Step 1: Start by bolting wings to butterfly body (do not tighten until all fasteners are in
place on entire chair)
Step 2: Place seat in position and start fasteners (do not tighten until all fasteners are in
place on entire chair).
Step 3: Place antenna in position and start fasteners.
Step4: Snug nuts and bolts gradually by moving from fastener location on body, wings,
seat and antenna.
Step 5: Once the fasteners are consistently tightened, the nylon inserts in the nuts will
help prevent loosening.
