Remote Support
Remote Support is a facility
that enables a FlightScope
Support Engineer to view
your FlightScope screens
directly.
To use Remote Support,
your PC must be connected
to the Internet.
Click on “Remote Support” to
activate a Remote Support
connection.
Note that the FlightScope
Support Engineer will need
the ID number of your
system to start a remote
support session.
The “About” screen states
the software version and
activation status installed.
