Warnings
Servicing the Unit:
Service should only be performed by Legacy authorized
technicians & service centers. Any other attempts to service the
unit will void the warranty.
Never attempt to open the reel case. The internal spring
system is under high tension; damage or personal injury
may result.
Maintaining the Unit:
Check for frayed or damaged wires before each use.
When performing recommended maintenance or trouble-
shooting, disconnect from power source.
Installation:
Make sure that the unit is properly installed before connect-
ing to power source
Safety Devices (Circuit Breaker):
Never remove or tamper with manufacturer installed safety
devices.
Power Supply:
When performing recommended maintenance or trouble-
shooting, disconnect from power source.
Do not use a power supply whose voltage exceeds to unit’s
maximium voltage rating.
If malfunction should occure, remove unit from power source
immediately

Cleaning the Cord:
Regular cleaning of the cord is an important part of ensuring your
cord reel stays in proper working order:
Cord should be cleaned using a a warm, damp cloth.
Detergents or solvents should not be used on the cord
as damage to the cord or reel may occur.
Connecting & Disconnecting Tools:
Tools connected to the cord should never be used to pull the
cord. Always pull the cord itself.
Remove tools from extension cord after use. Do not allow
tools to hang from cord.
